The topic of the meeting was \u201cAspects of projects implementation and measures for raising the level of spending of European grants in the context of the Programme\u201d. The manager of the Joint Secretariat to the Programme for the Region, Mr. Bogdan Muchat, informed the participants about the progress of the programme, the level of spending its budget and the most frequently occurring problems. The forum discussed as well the beneficiaries agreement obligations.
