On 31st January 2014 will be held an information day under Strategic project \u201eJoint Risk Monitoring during Emergencies in the Danube Area Border\u201c,\u00a0 reference number \u2116 2s-2.2-1, MIS-ETC Code: 166 financed by the European Regional development fund and the State budgets of Republic of Bulgaria and Republic of Romania under the Crossborder Cooperation Programme Romania-Bulgaria 2007-2013.<\/span><\/p>\n Main emphasis will be laid upon the biodiversity which forms the basis for the functioning of the ecosystems and the provision of ecosystems services. Biodiversity has significant impact on the wellbeing of both people and the regions they live in, contributing to the safety of supplies, the health of each next generation, clean air and fresh water supply, while supporting the local ways of living and economic development.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n This decade provides a basis for a number of different initiatives for communication, education, training, active involvement and awareness.
