It\u2019s main purpose is effective management of natural and anthropogenic risks in the cross border zone of Danube river.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 14px;\">The project is about developing and printing joint manual of best practices for control at risk pollutions of environmental components; <span style=\"color: #000000;\">guidelines for the prevention of risks of companies with Seveso permits, joint training seminars, information campaigns. The partners will organize joint inspections on sites potentially dangerous for the environment on both sides of the Danube. It will be purchased specialized mobile equipment for measuring air and water in case of risk situations for people and the environment. There will be establish common system for rapid communication and interaction.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 14px;\">RIEW &#8211; Veliko Tarnovo will assess the status of water in the Bulgarian-Romanian section of the Danube river and will develop measures for managing the risk of contamination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The total amount of the project is 11\u00a0508 928.64 euro.
