Its purpose is to exchange experience and knowledge for the effective implementation of Directive 2010\/75\/EU on industrial emissions and both directives for protection of Europe\u2019s biodiversity, led to the establishment of European environmental network Natura 2000 &#8211; for protection of birds and habitats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The experts from Veliko Tarnovo will acquaint its Romanian colleagues with requirements of Bulgarian environmental legislation in the preparation, conduction and reporting the control on a facility with an IPPC permit. It is foreseen a site visit to &#8220;Svilosa&#8221; AD, Svishtov in order to see the investments in the protection of air, water and soil. Presentation on the status and development of the European network Natura 2000 in Bulgaria will be presented along with information on protected zone &#8220;Vardim&#8221; that falls within the scope of both Directives for Natura 2000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">During the visit, the experts of the Regional Inspectorate and the National Environmental Guard will discuss best practices for risk prevention in the border region of the Danube river.
