Around 250 participants attended the forum – representatives of Bulgarian and European institutions, ambassadors, representatives of non-governmental and professional organizations, “green” businesses, experts, academics, media and others. <\/span><\/p>\n The event was haled with the special appearance of Mr. Janez Poto\u010dnik, European Commissioner for the Environment, and was opened by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Rosen Plevneliev.
