Members of the team working on the strategic project RISK at the Regional Inspectorate for Environment and Waters in Veliko Turnovo participated in a working meeting,organised by the Joint Secretariat to Crossborder Cooperation Programme Romania-Bulgaria 2007-2013.
The meeting was held on 17th August 2012 at the Regional Government of Veliko Turnovo. The topic of the meeting was “Aspects of projects implementation and measures for raising the level of spending of European grants in the context of the Programme”. The manager of the Joint Secretariat to the Programme for the Region, Mr. Bogdan Muchat, informed the participants about the progress of the programme, the level of spending its budget and the most frequently occurring problems. The forum discussed as well the beneficiaries agreement obligations. Participants shared information about the problems they face in the process of project implementation and received explanations by the experts to the Joint Technical Secretariat.
