MPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Deadline for purchase of tender documentation: 16:00 p.m on 04.03.2013, the same is published and on the following Internet address of RIEW-Veliko Tarnovo – www.riosvt.org.
2. Deadline and place for submission of offers: 16:00 p.m on 11.03.2013, in the administrative building of RIEW-Veliko Tarnovo.
3. The deadline for submission of tenders pointed in item 2 is final. Offers received after this deadline shall not be considered. The risk of delay after this period, during submission of offers by mail or courier service shall be accepted by the participant.
4. Date, time and place for opening the envelopes with offers: 14.03.2013 at 14:00 p.m in the conference hall of RIEW-Veliko Tarnovo.
